RCAs

Butler College is home to twelve phenomenal Residential College Advisers (RCAs) and three Assistant Residential College Advisers (ARCAs).  Every first-year student is assigned an RCA to help them in the transition to Princeton and provide guidance to new students in social, personal, and academic spheres. Advisers provide support as students manage health and adjustment concerns, as well as the demands of academic work and extracurricular activities.  While RCAs are immediately responsible for students in their advising zone, advisers also work as a team with the ARCAs to support all students in the college.  Every sophomore, junior, and senior student living in Butler College also has an RCA or ARCA who will reach out to them and serve as a point of connection for them in the Butler community.
