Dear Butler Juniors, 

I hope you are all well and continuing to take care of yourselves and each other. As you transition into Week 8 of the fall term, I wanted to share some important reminders:

• Choosing the PDF option: The PDF election period began last week and the deadline to elect a PDF and drop courses is 11:59pm EST on November 11. Make sure that you talk with your department before PDFing departmental courses.
• Dropping Courses (through November 11)
• The final deadline to DROP a class (for a $45 fee) is Friday, November 11 at 11:59 pm. Discuss your situation with an academic adviser (me or your department) before using TigerHub to drop any course. A course drop that will result in a deficiency must be discussed with me. Please let me know if you have questions.
• Mid-term grades (posted only for some courses, but not all) can be seen in TigerHub and/or on Canvas.  If you haven’t received feedback on how you’re doing in a course, visit your professor or preceptor during office hours to discuss your progress right away.  This is a great opportunity for you to check in with your professors if you haven’t yet done so this term. 

Remember, the Butler College Office team remain a resource to you so please do not hesitate to reach out by email or just pop into the office in 1976 Hall!
