Beginning August 6, 2024, the PawPrint student printing service will be updated, resulting in improved print speeds and reliability. In order to continue printing, all students must reinstall the print queues using the steps below.

MacOS instructions
- Download the MacOS PawPrint application.
During the installation process you may be prompted to allow permission for the application to run. - Enter your netID as instructed and follow the steps.
- You may delete the file after you see the The PawPrint print queues have been installed on your computer message.
Windows instructions
- From the Start menu type Run and press enter.
- Type: \\ss226w.princeton.edu
If prompted to enter a username and password, use princeton\yournetID for the username - Enter your netID password. You will be presented with a long list of printers. Double-click PawPrint and PawPrintColor to add them to your computer.
- After a few seconds, you will see a window titled PawPrint on ss226w. In this window, click on the Printer menu, then choose Set as Default Printer (PawPrint only). Whenever you print from your computer it will automatically send the document to this queue.
